Theatre fee

Egg collection, hysteroscopy and some surgical sperm retrievals take place in a theatre, which is billed separately from the specialist's fee and from the anaesthetist. These charges are a common reason a final bill exceeds the headline cycle price, so ask for them to be listed in your quotation.
