Pregnancy after treatment
A viability or early pregnancy scan is usually done between about six and eight weeks after fertility treatment. It confirms that the pregnancy is inside the womb, how many sacs there are, and whether a heartbeat is present. It is often the point at which care is handed from the fertility clinic to antenatal services.
