Cancelled cycle

A cycle may be cancelled if too few follicles develop, if the response is dangerously high, if ovulation occurs early, or for practical reasons such as illness. It is disappointing but often the right clinical decision, and what happened usually informs a better plan next time. Ask what is refundable and what would change in a repeat cycle.
