Testing
A hysterosalpingogram uses X-ray and iodinated contrast to outline the uterine cavity and fallopian tubes. It is an alternative to HyCoSy and is performed in the first half of the cycle, after pregnancy has been excluded. Some studies suggest a short-lived increase in conception rates in the months afterwards.
