Conditions
Tubal factor infertility follows infection, endometriosis, previous surgery or ectopic pregnancy. If both tubes are blocked, IVF is the usual treatment because it bypasses them entirely. Tubal surgery is occasionally an option for limited, favourable damage, but success is lower and ectopic risk is higher.
