Conditions
Müllerian anomalies arise from how the uterus formed before birth, and include septate, bicornuate, unicornuate and didelphys uteruses. Many cause no problems; some increase the risk of miscarriage or preterm birth. They are identified on 3D ultrasound or MRI and are managed by a specialist with experience in reproductive surgery.
