Klinefelter syndrome is a common genetic cause of azoospermia. Sperm can sometimes still be found in the testis by microTESE, particularly when retrieval happens earlier in adult life, so referral to a reproductive urologist matters. Hormone and bone health follow-up is part of long-term care.
