Seeds are a unique part of the Antega membership experience.

Seeds are earned by engaging with Antega—attending expert webinars, completing learning modules, referring friends and participating in the community. Membership does not award Seeds: Hope, Growth and Family members have exactly the same Seed-earning opportunities.

Every Seed represents your participation in the Antega community and your commitment to growing with us.

Support Seeds are your current Seeds for the active Fertility Support Period: they can be spent, may be transferred where Antega permits, and your verified Support Seed total is used in the published Antega Fertility Support Programme ranking. Lifetime Seeds record everything you have personally earned and never reduce.

🌱 Use Your Support Seeds

You can use your Support Seeds across eligible Antega features, including the rewards on your Garden Wishlist, each with its own permanent Seed reference number.

🌰 Save Your Seeds

You don't have to use your Support Seeds straight away. Instead, you can save them and build them into a larger collection for when you're ready.

As a thank you for your patience, every 30 saved Seeds earn 1 additional Seed every month while they remain saved.

You choose the approach that suits you best.
