• A fuller Medication & Supplement Tracker, with dose reminders

  Choose the type of medicine first — stimulation, antagonist, trigger, progesterone, antibiotic, steroid, blood thinner, supplement and more — then pick the exact medicine from the list for your own country, or type your own. Record the dose your clinic prescribed, how often you take it, the times of day and how many days the course runs for, then tick each dose off as you take it. Switch reminders on and Antega will send a notification to your device at every dose time. Your clinic always decides what you take; Antega only repeats back what you have recorded.

• The UK fertility glossary now explains over 400 terms

  The UK A–Z Fertility Glossary has grown to more than 400 plain-English terms covering IVF, embryology, frozen embryo transfer, male fertility, genetics, donor conception, HFEA rules, NHS access, surrogacy, treatment add-ons, medicines and clinic costs. Browse by category or letter, search by abbreviation or alternative name, and follow links to related UK guides, checklists and planning tools.

• Five new UK fertility care and law guides

  The UK Learning Centre now explains clinic regulation, fertility consent, legal parenthood after donor conception, donor information rights and how to complain about a fertility clinic. Each guide uses current HFEA information, practical questions and a clear legal-information disclaimer.

• Compare the fertility medicines used in your country

  The comparison area now has a Medications section. Look up a medicine by brand or by its active ingredient and see, for your own country, which strengths and devices exist, how that exact product says it should be stored, whether it is registered and currently marketed, whether fertility use sits inside its licence, and the official source with the date Antega checked it. Every country has its own register, so a brand is never shown somewhere it has not been verified. There are no doses, no timings and no medicine prices — your clinic prescribes, and each card links to the matching guide, injection video and planning tools.

• Clearer clinic prices and optional clinic matching

  The clinic comparison now shows one like-for-like figure — a standard own-egg IVF or ICSI cycle intended to end in one fresh embryo transfer — alongside the clinic's advertised price, unavoidable extra charges and an estimated medication range where the clinic publishes one. Thirty-five more clinics have been added at home and abroad, multi-cycle and refund programmes are listed, and you can now switch on Antega Match to see which clinics fit what you are looking for, with every reason explained.

• New frozen embryo transfer and double stimulation resources

  Every published Antega country now has a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) Cycle Checklist, a guide explaining the difference between natural, modified natural and medicated FET, a guide to the Shanghai Protocol (DuoStim) double ovarian stimulation approach, and a DuoStim journey checklist. Each version is written for its own country, with local spelling, terminology and urgent-care wording, and links to the medication and appointment planners so you can add the instructions your clinic has given you.

• Family Fertility Support wording has been simplified

  Across every published Antega country, Family Fertility Support now states clearly that it may include every Growth package option without repeating each option. It may also include eligible travel and accommodation support, including international travel and accommodation when required. Hope, Growth and Family support may be provided in stages up to the applicable maximum allowance, subject to eligibility, verification, approved costs and the Fertility Support Programme Terms.

• Family Fertility Support now includes every Growth package option

  Historical update — superseded

  Across every published Antega country, Family Fertility Support may now cover all five Growth package options together: Getting Started, Medication, Egg Collection, Embryo and Laboratory. Family continues to provide broader eligible treatment support as well. Support is not guaranteed and remains subject to verification, the member's treatment plan, approved costs, local availability and the Fertility Support Programme Terms. Membership prices, shop benefits, Seeds and payment arrangements are unchanged.

  Family support now references every Growth package option without relisting them and also includes eligible travel and accommodation support where required.

• Growth Fertility Support package details are now consistent

  Every Antega country now describes the same five Growth Fertility Support options wherever Growth support is explained: Getting Started, Medication, Egg Collection, Embryo and Laboratory. A confirmed Growth Fertility Support Recipient receives one package, subject to verification, their treatment plan, approved costs and the Fertility Support Programme Terms. Membership prices, Seeds, shop benefits and payment arrangements are unchanged.

• Growth membership now includes free standard delivery

  Growth and Family members now receive free standard delivery on eligible Antega Shop orders in every published country where Antega can fulfil delivery. Hope members continue to receive their 5% member discount and pay the standard delivery charge. Discover members continue to shop at public prices with no member discount or delivery benefit. Membership prices, Family rewards, Seeds and Fertility Support are unchanged.

• Antega Fertility Support is part of membership in every published country

  The Fertility Support Programme is no longer described as a United Kingdom feature. It now forms part of qualifying Hope, Growth and Family memberships in every published Antega country, each with its own currency and its own approved maximum support values. The country saved on your Antega account decides which values and rules apply to you, and support always remains subject to eligibility, verification and the Fertility Support Programme Terms.

• Choose Discover directly on the United Kingdom joining page

  Discover now sits at the top of the joining page as a full membership choice alongside Hope, Growth and Family. Choosing it shows exactly what your free membership includes and takes you straight to your Antega account — no card details, no billing set-up and no automatic upgrade later. Monthly and annual billing now applies only to the paid memberships, and United Kingdom prices are always shown in pounds.

• Every Antega country now has its own joining page

  The United Kingdom joining page is now the shared design for every Antega country. The United States, Canada, Australia, India, Nigeria and South Africa each have their own joining page showing Discover first, then Hope, Growth and Family, always in that country's own currency and prices. Monthly and annual billing applies only to the paid memberships, and choosing Discover still means no card details and no automatic upgrade. Joining links across the site now take you to the page for the country you are browsing.

• Discover, Antega's free membership, is now open in every Antega country

  Discover is a permanent free Antega membership — not a trial — and it is now available wherever Antega is published, not only in the United Kingdom. You can join in seconds with no payment method, and your country is carried through from the homepage you started on, so your guides, recipes, planning tools and checklists are the ones written for where you live. Every country homepage now shows the free option clearly, alongside Hope, Growth and Family, and each country has its own Discover page explaining exactly what is included. Support Seeds, Fertility Support eligibility and shop benefits remain part of the paid memberships, and you can upgrade at any time without creating a second account.

• Eligible Family members can now request their ancestry kit

  Once your country’s qualifying continuous paid Family period is complete, you can request your one-time DNA Ancestry Kit from your account. Confirm the delivery address, submit the request once, and follow its clear preparing, dispatched and delivered status from the same Family benefits panel. The kit explores ancestry and heritage only; it is not a fertility, medical, carrier or diagnostic test.

• Welcome Shop Credit can now be spent at checkout

  Family members can now apply their available Welcome Shop Credit to eligible Antega Shop products at checkout. Your local credit, member discount and delivery benefit are calculated separately, the amount used appears clearly in your order summary, and any remaining balance stays in your account. Shop prices and payment use your country's currency across the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, India, Nigeria and South Africa. The fixed conversion rates are reviewed every three months; the rate used is recorded with each order. As requested, no tax or VAT is added. Discover, Hope and Growth do not receive Welcome Shop Credit, and Seeds and Fertility Support are unchanged.

• Corrected names, packs and prices across the Antega Shop

  We audited every product in the Antega Shop and corrected product names, brands, pack quantities and clear description inconsistencies. Every retained catalogue price now uses the supplied reference price plus Antega's 30% margin. We also consolidated the duplicate Zita West Pregnancy Plan listing. The four existing shop categories, local-currency display, automatic Hope, Growth and Family discounts, basket and checkout remain unchanged.

• The same shop benefits and Family rewards in every country

  Antega Shop benefits work the same way wherever you are. Hope members save 5%, Growth members save 10% and Family members save 15%, always calculated from your own country's local price and applied automatically when you are signed in — no codes. Growth and Family memberships include free standard delivery on eligible Antega Shop orders where we can deliver to you; Hope pays the standard delivery charge. The free Discover membership includes no shop discount, no free delivery, no Welcome Shop Credit and no DNA Ancestry Kit; Discover members shop at standard public prices. Every country's Family membership gives two separate tangible benefits rather than a choice between them: a one-off Welcome Shop Credit once your first Family payment is confirmed — £15 in the United Kingdom, $22.50 in the United States, C$30 in Canada, A$30 in Australia, ₹1,000 in India, ₦15,000 in Nigeria and R200 in South Africa — and a DNA Ancestry Kit after 6 continuous paid Family months in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia, or 12 continuous paid Family months in India, Nigeria and South Africa. Only successfully paid Family months count; failed, unpaid or refunded periods do not, and a break in Family membership starts the qualifying period again. The credit is one per member ever, has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for Seeds. The ancestry kit explores ancestry and heritage only — it is not a fertility, medical, carrier or diagnostic test. Your credit and your month-by-month progress appear in your account. Membership prices are unchanged, and Seeds and Fertility Support are unaffected.

• Discover: a free Antega membership for everyone

  Antega now has a free membership level called Discover, sitting before Hope, Growth and Family. It is not a trial: there is no payment method, nothing expires, and it never turns into a paid membership on its own. Discover members get a selected part of their own country's Learning Centre — beginner guides, trying-to-conceive and pregnancy recipes, introductory videos — plus starter planning tools such as the cycle calendar, appointment notes, questions for your doctor and test results, and the ability to save whatever helps. Everything follows your registered country, so you see the guidance, wording and prices that actually apply to you; reading another country's pages is now clearly marked as information only and never shows prices or joining options. Support Seeds, Fertility Support eligibility, live webinars, member discounts and the full library remain part of Hope, Growth and Family. If you upgrade later, or a paid membership ends, your saved items, notes, tracker entries, journals and country all stay with you.

• Forty new UK guides on hormones, the womb, male fertility and the IVF laboratory

  The UK Learning Centre has grown from 165 to 205 guides, all newly written for UK care and UK terminology. There are eight new hormone guides covering a mildly raised TSH, an overactive thyroid, thyroid antibodies, raised androgens, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, pituitary conditions, raised prolactin and the Fragile X premutation. Eleven guides explain womb investigations and conditions, including saline scans, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, polyps, adhesions, a thin lining, chronic endometritis, hydrosalpinx, womb-shape differences, endometrial hyperplasia and fertility-sparing care in very early endometrial cancer. Fourteen guides give male fertility much more depth: the difference between obstructive and non-obstructive azoospermia, surgical sperm retrieval, low testosterone and steroid use, raised prolactin, ejaculation difficulties, CFTR variants and absent vas deferens, hydrocele, testicular microlithiasis, fertility after hernia, prostate or pelvic surgery, and fertility after spinal-cord injury. Seven more cover embryos that stop developing, failed fertilisation, a difficult embryo transfer, a vanishing twin, heterotopic pregnancy, accessible care and reasonable adjustments, and what the evidence really shows for complementary therapies. Each one lists its NHS, NICE, HFEA, RCOG or other UK sources, gives clear warning signs and never includes doses.

• Three new UK guides on IVF injections and trigger medicines

  The UK Learning Centre now explains the injections themselves in more depth: what FSH and hMG stimulation medicines do and how the common UK preparations differ, why buserelin can be prescribed either to switch off the natural cycle or as a trigger, and how hCG and agonist trigger injections work and why their timing is so tightly controlled. Each guide links to the NHS fertility centre demonstration videos, the medication checklists and the planning tools already in the Learning Centre. Nine new glossary terms cover GnRH agonists and antagonists, down-regulation, hMG and menotrophin, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, and luteal support.

• New IVF medication, injection and treatment-planning resources

  The UK Learning Centre now covers IVF medicines and injections in depth: what each medicine does, an introduction to giving injections at home, preventing premature ovulation, progesterone after transfer, storing medication safely, travelling with medication, missed or late doses, reading your medication schedule, pharmacy and supply, oestrogen for frozen embryo transfer, sharps and needle safety, and needle anxiety — plus short guides to fifteen commonly prescribed fertility medicines. Six new interactive checklists cover medication preparation, daily injections, the trigger injection, storage, travel and questions for your fertility nurse. Eight new planning tools help you record your prescribed plan, build a cycle timeline, count down to your trigger, track stock and reorders, rotate injection sites, plan travel, keep a side-effect diary and prepare nurse questions. Three NHS fertility centre injection videos have also been added.

• Seeds are earned through activities, not membership

  Antega no longer gives Seeds for holding a membership. The monthly membership Seed allocation has been withdrawn, and starting, renewing, upgrading or downgrading a membership no longer creates any Seed credit. Every Seed is now earned by completing the published Seed-earning activities, which are open to Hope, Growth and Family members on identical terms, so no membership level can produce more Seeds or a better Fertility Support position. Membership levels continue to differ in features, access, resources and the level of Fertility Support you may be eligible for. Seeds credited under the previous rule stay in your Seed history and your balances are unchanged.

• Support Seeds and Lifetime Seeds

  Antega now shows two clear Seed figures. Support Seeds are the Seeds you have available during the current three-month Support Period — you can earn them, use them and, where Antega permits, transfer them, and they reset when the Support Period ends. Lifetime Seeds are a permanent record of every Seed you have personally earned during your Antega journey; they are not spendable and never go down when you use or transfer Seeds. All Seeds remain a single type of Seed, with the source of each transaction recorded in your Seed history. Your garden, Seed page, planting and checkout now show your current Support Seed balance and what it will be after a transaction.

• Fertility Support is now explained by what it may cover

  Hope, Growth and Family are now the only Fertility Support levels — the old Foundation, Enhanced and Complete names have gone. Each membership page and the Hope Garden now set out the types of eligible support each level may provide, from consultations, investigations and testing through to approved medication, IUI, IVF and ICSI contributions, egg collection, embryology, embryo transfer and, at Family level, donor-related treatment and fertility preservation where eligible. A new Fertility Support comparison is built from Antega's central benefit configuration for your country. Support is never guaranteed and depends on your treatment plan, approved costs and verification. Financial limits and full eligibility conditions remain published in the Fertility Support Programme Terms.

• 100 Seeds every month with every active membership (superseded)

  Superseded on 2 September 2026 — see 'Seeds are earned through activities, not membership'. Under the earlier rule, Hope, Growth and Family memberships each included 100 Seeds for every eligible month of membership. Seeds credited under that rule remain in members' Seed history.

• Nutrition, supplements, lifestyle and age guides in every country

  Members in the United States, Canada, Nigeria, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand now have three new guides each: nutrition and fertility, supplements with smoking, alcohol and weight, and age, timing and when to seek help. Each uses local advice and local regulation — CDC folic acid advice and FDA supplement rules in the US, SOGC multivitamin guidance and Health Canada NPNs in Canada, NAFDAC registration checks in Nigeria, SAHPRA rules and fortified maize meal in South Africa, NHMRC alcohol guidance with iodine advice in Australia, and Ministry of Health folic acid dosing in New Zealand.
