Method

  1. Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  2. Step 2. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and season.
  3. Step 3. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  4. Step 4. Meanwhile, boil the new potatoes for 15–18 minutes until tender.
  5. Step 5. Steam the broccoli and green beans for 4–5 minutes until just tender.
  6. Step 6. Squeeze lemon juice over the potatoes and vegetables.
  7. Step 7. Serve the salmon with the potatoes and greens while piping hot.
