Method

  1. Step 1. Cook the brown rice according to the packet instructions.
  2. Step 2. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat and stir-fry the beef for 3–4 minutes until piping hot with no pink meat remaining.
  3. Step 3. Add the garlic, ginger and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Add the spinach and spring onion and cook until the spinach wilts.
  5. Step 5. Stir in the soy sauce.
  6. Step 6. Serve immediately over the rice while piping hot.
