Method

  1. Step 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut into sticks.
  2. Step 2. Put the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and garlic into a food processor and blend until fairly smooth.
  3. Step 3. With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil and water until you reach a smooth, dippable consistency.
  4. Step 4. Season to taste and spoon into a bowl.
  5. Step 5. Serve with the vegetable sticks.
