NHS-funded IVF

NICE recommends up to three full IVF cycles for eligible women under 40, and one cycle for some aged 40 to 42, but in England local ICBs decide what is funded and many offer fewer cycles. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland set their own criteria.
