Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT)

Testing cells from IVF embryos before transfer.

Genetics & PGT

PGT includes PGT-A (chromosome number), PGT-M (a specific inherited condition) and PGT-SR (structural rearrangements). In the UK, PGT-M and PGT-SR are only for conditions approved by the HFEA.
