Recurrent miscarriage

In the UK, recurrent miscarriage has traditionally meant three or more consecutive losses, though some services now offer investigations after two. Tests may look at blood clotting, the uterus and chromosomes, but often no cause is found — and many people go on to have a successful pregnancy.
