Method
- Step 1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan).
- Step 2. Wash the apples thoroughly and core them, keeping the base intact.
- Step 3. Mix the oats, raisins, cinnamon and honey in a bowl.
- Step 4. Spoon the oat mixture into the centre of each apple.
- Step 5. Place the apples in a baking dish with a splash of water in the base.
- Step 6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the apples are soft.
- Step 7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
