Pregnancy after fertility treatment
A PUL is monitored with repeat hCG blood tests and scans until the location is clear. It may be a very early pregnancy, a pregnancy that is ending, or an ectopic pregnancy. Seek urgent help for severe pain, shoulder-tip pain, fainting or heavy bleeding.
